Crace - 3 bedroom + study, split level
This home sits upon one of the best positioned blocks in Crace, an elevated hillside location with sweeping views of the Brindabella’s and beyond. The design brief was simple – maximise on all of the views and custom design a beautiful house. We did just that and built a contemporary split level home with multi living areas, custom designed wardrobes and a designer kitchen with a generous butlers pantry.
From the moment you walk through the spacious front entry you know you are in a quality custom home and immediately want to explore. Our client chose solid timber flooring to run throughout the house and it has created an understated feeling of grandeur. This project was a delight for us, to successfully complete for our very happy client, it was the fulfilment of a dream home.
